At The Willow Wear, we process every order within 3 to 5 working days from the time it's placed. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking update via WhatsApp so you can follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

We deliver all over Pakistan. For most cities, delivery takes place within our standard processing window, while remote and interior areas may take slightly longer — typically 5 to 7 working days — due to courier reach in those locations.

Shipping charges range between Rs. 200 to Rs. 300 depending on your location. Orders above Rs. 3500 qualify for free shipping, with no delivery charges applied at checkout.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders, with no extra charges for choosing this payment method.
